Retirement KITAS Renewal in Bali: Agent-Assisted Service

Your first-year Retirement KITAS is approved. Now, 60 to 90 days before your permit expires, the renewal clock starts. Our Retirement KITAS renewal service handles every step from document preparation to the freshly stamped KITAS in your passport.

Renewal Eligibility Requirements (2026)

• Valid E33F Retirement KITAS still within its expiry window (do not let it lapse).
• Passport with at least 18 months validity remaining.
• Continued proof of passive monthly income: USD 1,500–3,000 per month.
• Valid Indonesian health insurance policy covering the next 12-month period.
• Proof of accommodation in Indonesia.

Renewal Fees in 2026

A standard KITAS renewal is less expensive than the initial application because there is no overseas e-visa stage. Typical totals:

• Government fee: IDR 3,000,000–4,000,000
• Agent service fee: IDR 8,000,000–13,000,000
• Local admin and couriers: IDR 500,000–1,500,000
• Insurance (new annual policy): IDR 3,500,000–7,000,000
• Estimated renewal total: IDR 15,000,000–25,500,000 (approx USD 980–1,660)

How Many Times Can You Renew?

The standard E33F Retirement KITAS is renewable annually. Most retirees renew consecutively for up to five years before considering KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit). Your agent will advise you on KITAP eligibility at the right time.

What the Renewal Process Looks Like

1. Document audit (60–90 days before expiry): We review your current KITAS, passport validity, insurance, and income documentation.
2. Application submission: We prepare and lodge the renewal through the national immigration system on your behalf.
3. Biometric appointment (if required): We schedule and accompany you if your renewal triggers a biometric refresh.
4. KITAS issuance: The renewed permit is affixed to your passport. We verify the new dates and MERP status.

Contact us 60–90 days before your KITAS expiry — we assess your documents and provide a precise renewal checklist within 24 hours.
